Praise for Hunter's Moon |
Since Hunter's Moon was published, I've had the privilege and pleasure of being interviewed on one podcast so far: The Write Stuff with Parker J. Cole. She has a fantastic show, which airs every Tuesday at 7 p.m. EST. Here's the link to that interview, in which I get candid and personal and talk about some difficult things . . . but also some fun and humorous topics!
Read my interview with my publisher, Thinklings Books, here. In early fall 2020, I asked on my Facebook author page if anyone had any "fan questions" about my book, writing process, werewolf mythology, etc. Several people responded, and I compiled my answers into a blog post, which you can read here. Here's a mini interview with Darcia Helle on Instagram! Shepherd.com (a great book-recommendation/readers-community site) asked me about my top 5 favorite werewolf books. Read my answers here! CanvasRebel.com interviewed me about my experiences as an entrepreneur, here. |
I've had several professional book reviewers agree to review Hunter's Moon, and I'll add more as they become available.

"Awa writes with emotion and compassion. The characters are complex and the issues portrayed are easily relatable." - Darcia Helle, of Quiet Fury Books, and an Amazon top book reviewer - read her full 5-star review here. "Awa skillfully builds up the horrific web of complications . . . [and] captures the escalating intolerableness of Mel’s existence, demanding of the reader incessant page-turning." - Donald T. Williams, of The Five Pilgrims - read his full 5-star review here. "Sarah M. Awa’s howlingly intense drama Hunter’s Moon is perfect for young adults who enjoy plot-driven stories and horror genres." - Lorehaven Magazine - see their full review here! |
